Mirta Gomez received her early piano training from her mother in her native Cuba. She continued her musical education at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in San Francisco , California , the Hoschule fur Musik in Switzerland and The Juilliard School of Music in New York . Ms. Gomez’ performances include recitals in Argentina , France, Germany, Switzerland, Israel, Italy, Spain, Mexico and the United States among others . As a former Musical and Artistic Director for the Cuban Cultural Center of New York City , Ms. Gomez has brought to the New York audiences the Classical Music of Cuba at Carnegie Hall , Town Hall and Merkin Hall . Having contribute also in the Visual Arts at exhibitions and conferences on specific Cuban artists.

2008 – 2009 marks the beginning of Ms.Gomez as Manager for Upper Manhattan and the Bronx for the Piano School of New York City.
