I am truly thrilled and excited to join the Brooklyn team as junior manager this year!

After serving on the Faculty of The Piano school of NYC for the last few years, I have become passionate about sharing my talents through Group Class Programs at many schools.

 Coming from a place where after school programs and affordable group piano lessons with amazingly qualified teachers were lacking and inaccessible, these programs that Vera had started almost 12 years ago is something that I strongly believe in, that every child should have the opportunity to attain and experience quality music lessons. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share my passion of music education to reach out to more schools and touch the musical lives of more children and their families. My first two years of teaching group classes through PSNYC were very challenging,- in the sense of always asking yourself in how you can be the best teacher you can be to these kids every week. From this experience, I have learned how much influence you have in shaping the confidence and powers each child has, and how we, as teachers, can choose to have however much responsibility we want in influencing our students. It truly is a rewarding and ever learning job!!!

I am looking forward to the 2012-13 school year and working with the Brooklyn team, Vera, administrators as well as the teachers. Wishing everyone their best year yet!
